A product could also mean you, the person. And we’re not only talking about products that are manufactured. A more premium product can command a higher price, which means a higher profit margin.
The market is willing to pay for products at a much higher price as long as it’s better. The brand has been upgrading its product since it was introduced in the market and the latest is the much more pricey Downy Mystique, a premium brand. I have been using this product for quite sometime, trying out one variant to another. Take Downy Fabric Conditioner, for example. In the Philippines, Procter & Gamble has it’s various line of products in similar categories.
